How to send money to a PondoKo or Todo Savings account?

1. Login using the BanKo Mobile app.

2. Select “Send Money”.

3. Under the Financial Institution, choose “BanKo, A subsidiary of BPI”

4. Enter the account number of the PondoKo or Todo Savings account that you are sending money to

5. Complete all other details that is being asked

6. Review the details and click “Confirm

7. Enter your 6-digit MPIN

8. You’re done! Money sent will be credited to the account in real-time.

How to send money to other local banks via InstaPay?

1. Login using the BanKo Mobile app.

2. Select “Send Money”.

3. Under the Financial Institution, choose the local bank or e-wallet that you are sending money to

4. Complete all other details that is being asked

5. Review the details and click “Confirm”

6. Enter your 6-digit MPIN

7. You’re done! Money sent will be credited to the account in real-time.

What is InstaPay?

InstaPay is an interbank funds transfer service under the National Retail Payment System (NRPS) of the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) which allows clients to electronically transfer funds up to Php 50,000, between their BanKo account and other accounts in participating banks and financial institutions in the Philippines, anytime, anywhere

How to transfer funds via QR Code?

1. Login using the BanKo Mobile app.

2. Select “Send Money”.

3. Tap the “Use QR” button

4. Scan the QR Code or import it from your photos.

5. Input the amount you will transfer.

6. Review the details and click “Confirm”

7. Enter your 6-digit MPIN

8. You’re done! Money sent will be credited to the account in real-time.

How to create a QR code for your account?

1. Login using the BanKo Mobile app.

2. Click “My QR” in the upper right hand corner of the screen.

3. Select the account you want to generate a QR Code.

4. Enter a nickname for your QR Code.

5. Select “Generate QR Code”.

6. Save the QR Code.

7. You’re done!

You may now share your QR code instead of giving your account number to your family and friends who would want to send money to your account

How do I report transaction concerns regarding InstaPay?

In case of rejected transactions or unsuccessful credit, when will the funds be credited back to my source account?

If the transaction is outright rejected (i.e., receiving account does not exist), it will be credited to your source account right away. However, if the recipient bank has specific concerns on the receiving account (i.e., on-hold accounts, etc.), it will be credited back to your source account within 3 banking days. The amount that will be credited will be net of the transaction charge.

When will the funds be credited to the Recipient’s Account?

Funds transferred via InstaPay will be credited to the recipient’s account real-time. In case of non-real-time credits to recipients, you may send us an email [email protected] or contact our BanKo Hotline number at (+632) 8654-7758, Mondays to Fridays, 8:30 am to 5:30 to check the status of your transaction.
